I purchased a new 2023 CVO Road Glide back in March from Worth and had a great experience through the sales process. I recently had a issue with the bike and had the pleasure of dealing with Bobby in service. He went above and beyond to take care of the problem under warranty and also delivered the bike back to me. If there were a 10 star option for the service department I would leave that. I've had great experiences in parts as well as apparel. Everyone at Worth is amazing to deal with and I will never spend my HD dollars anywhere else. Thank you all for everything you do!

Great service went in to grab a shirt. Was greeted by everyone. When I told the lady at the counter my name, she called me by name the entire time I was there. Very helpful and curtious. The location is good, and they have a large selection of bikes and clothing. Alas have a small bar/grille on site with outdoor seating

I bought my first Harley at Worth back in May. I had my doubts at first about HD. But my overall experience at Worth during my first year has been very positive. Bike nights are fun. Staff are helpful and friendly and are always glad to visit about bikes. Troy especially went above and beyond to fix a problem with my bike. They are worth it.

We bought a 120th anniversary Street Glide Special. We had no idea what we wanted when we went in. We had actually looked at used Softails but later decided that with the interest rates and warranty options that new was the way we wanted to go. Spacious area for vendor set up, friendly staff...GREAT food (pulled pork, burnt ends sandwiches, ribs, cheeseburgers, fries, hotdogs, beef nachos). There were plenty of areas to get drinks, stage for live performance. Plenty of restrooms and the showroom floor was open for motorcycle and apparel. Great for hosting events.

My husband and I came up here for a Thursday bike night with no intention of looking for a new (or even used) bike. After talking to Eli, who is by far the BEST salesman we've ever met, we decided to run some numbers on a new bike. We didn't think we stood a chance. Between Eli and the sales manager, Brett, we somehow broke even on our trade in AND walked away with a brand new 2023 all black Road Glide Special which is my husband's dream bike. Sal, the loan manager, even offered to come in on his day off to get paperwork signed so we could get delivery on our new bike ASAP. I never in a million years thought we'd be able to get this bike with the payments only a small amount higher than our previous payment. Eli, Brett and Sal are by the far the most AMAZING team and I refuse to go to any other Harley Davidson dealership from now on. I can't even put into words how above and beyond they went for us.

Buying a bike was a pleasant experience. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Every visit has been a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for all Harley Davidson needs. Came back to get some highway pegs. Everyone was helpful on what to choose from. Nobody forced anything. Just gave options and how to pick from them.

Got a flat tire while traveling in the area. H.O.G. sent a tow truck and when I got to the dealership, they got right on replacing the tire. They also washed all the bugs and dirt off the bike while they had it. Back on the road within a couple of hours. Thanks!

I have dealt with dealerships across the country buying many bikes and getting service. I really had a great experience here with service and sales. Prices of course are at a Harley premium, but they are competitive here with other dealerships on new and used bikes. Great facility and events as well

I went in to get a sissy bar put on that I purchased off eBay. Very reasonable price and no frustration about me not buying from them. They informed me that my master cylinder was recalled and replaced it same-day with a new one free of charge. Very pleased w/ this dealership and their friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I ended up buying from Worth Harley-Davidson because of Loretta from the merchandise department. I came in a couple of times over the last 7 months and she was always the first person to greet me and ask if there was anything that I needed. She has a very positive attitude. When the time came to upgrade, I went to Worth first.Purchased my new ride last week. The Sales rep, Phil Carpenter, was very patient during the whole process. Phil was very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire team at Worth Harley Davidson was very inviting and at no point did I find myself alone asking where a rep was. This is how my wife and I felt when we showed up at WORTH H-D..... The sales people who met us as we were strolling through the "pre-owned" bikes were seriously great listeners and aware! What I should say is ..... they were there on standby, let us know they were here to help "if" we had any questions. Then let it at that.

Now, IDK if you really understand how welcoming that is unless ( hypothetically speaking- you had just left another H-D dealership not to mention any names.. East Side of KC) being asked by not 1 but F I V E different sales people literally 5-10 x's each (what can I do to get you into 'it' today!?!?-- kind of nonsense) Following me to the merch dept, the vending machines, the parking lot where my bike is parked....... STILL just push push push.I don't work like that.Then you'd have a REAL understanding how refreshing these folks are up North here. Also they always have an amazing selection and quantity of merch in house! My wife and I were able to "shop" in peace, made it out to the little concession for burger, fries coke and a beer for my little lady. Hands down

Clean, organized and staff was great. We had the honor of having Loretta work with us, best customer service rep at a HD store I have had in a long time. Great place to buy a bike. My salesman went out for a test ride with me in 27 degree weather with no complaints. The purchase process was smooth and fairly speedy, even threw in a couple freebies for me. Definitely recommend.

Phenomenal experience. Purchased a stage 3 upgrade kit and they picked my bike up in Olathe the next day, during the install they kept me updated without me calling. They delivered my bike back to me within hours of completing the work. By far the best experience I have had at a Harley dealership in the metro! Thank you Worth Harley!

Visited w/ my bf and picked out a bike (my 1st, his 3rd) with the assistance of Dan. He was great! Friendly, super knowledgeable, and so easy going- He gained our trust right away and made the process very comfortable and enjoyable. Then we worked with Sal to finalize the financing details. Sal is on fire! He covered all the important points and made sure we understood everything we signed. In the meantime he kept the convo alive and just made it such a fun and memorable experience. Omg we had the best time!

He is one of the most positive minded people I have met in a long time. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands the bikes he is talking to you about. He gets down to a personal level and listens. He had all the answers to my Road Glide platform questions vs the Ultra Limited. We went for a test ride on multiple types of roads that and led to fun curvy route so I could get the full feel for the bike. He left me wanting the 2021 Road Glide Limited I test road (perfect color, blacked out, fused handlebars).Hell of a salesman, regardless if my wife lets me upgrade or not (for now). I just appreciated the spirit and enthusiasm this young man exhibits to the customers. Ask for him when you are in there...

Greatly exceeded my expectations!! I had to drive over 40 miles, twice the distance of the HD dealership I usually trade with. Definitely Worth the drive. Before purchasing an HD motorcycle, check with Worth HD. I have purchased 7 HD's over the last 25 years. This last purchase experience was by far the best of all.

Use them for all my repairs and maintenance work. Constantly impressed by their professionalism, speed, and quality of their work. It's not the cheapest joint in town but you're coming here for maintenance on your Harley so.... you should probably already expect that. Bobby in service has been treating me right since day 1, can't go wrong bringing it here, just don't forget your credit card.

If you or anyone you know is interested in learning how to ride then this is the place to take youre class. You get trained on Worths riding course on Harleys. Everyone is great from being told up front what the rate of people not passing is to Jeff keeping his word on making sure that you get the extra practice time like I did. He got me in for an extra practice or two and then I passed with my card to get the motorcycle endorsement added to my license. All of the coaches are great and friendly. If you come into it with an open mind then like me you can learn to ride and will have great customer service when you go to purchase a bike. They even delivered it to me. I even heard a few of the people in my class say that they have ridden for a while and picked up a few things. So the beginner class is not just for those of us that have never ridden before but good for those that may need a refresher.

I have to give shout out to Emma, in clothing. I have had my eyes on new rain gear. But the 2X has been elusive to the dealership. Yesterday I was at Bike night and here she comes yelling coming across the parking lot. I have your 2X. everyone is looking at here like she's a crazy lady...If that ain't customer service I have no idea how to state she went above and beyond.

Yes I did buy the Orange one. And as far as the dealership. the best in KC. sales and service have always been A1. I have bought 3 bikes from these guys. and IF I ever DID have an issue I would return and we would figure something out. I really appreciate good service, and this place is Great!

Fantastic dealership! First off my salesman Rob Justice was amazing. I live just over 3 hours from the dealership and wasnt willing to make a trip unless the deal was pretty much done money wise. Rob worked extremely hard for the better part of a week to get where I wanted on my trade and where I needed to be budget wise. He even got me a lunch at the BBQ shack in the parking lot (also very good). I have to admit I am very picky when buying something and it has to be the deal I want, that being said I was a little apprehensive on driving 3 hours to get the dealer run around but he assured me it wouldnt happened and more than delivered! Bike and deal was everything I wanted. I even found a sweet deal on a clearance shirt! Jeremy in finance and the sales manager (James?) were also a pleasure to work with. Hands down recommend this dealer if you are in KC or willing to make the drive!
